We are looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Technician
Description
Located in Paso Robles, CA. We are undercar specialists, with a focus on transmissions and differentials, but we do offer a full line of preventative maintenance services as well. We also have a classic car division, which includes modern upgrade work. Looking for a diagnostic technician or repair technician, ASE certified or minimum of 2 years experience. Productivity bonuses, flexible schedule, all training and education paid for including ASE testing, health benefits, fuel card for commuting, and we offer relocation assistance. Most benefits acquired after 90 day probation period. Monday through Friday with weekends off.
Responsibilities And Duties
Candidates for the Automotive Technician position must meet the following criteria:
- Proficient in DOT style Full Vehicle Inspections
- Preventative Maintenance Repairs/Replacements
- Under Car Repairs/Replacements
- Transmission & Engine Replacements
- Code Assessments
- Excellent Communication with Service Writer
- Detail Oriented
- Clean
- Have Your Own Tools (Preferred)
- ASE Certified (Preferred)
- Ability to Remain Calm and Professional
- Motivated to Hit Productivity and Sales Goals Without Compromising Quality Work
Required Skills
Experience Level:
- 2 Years Minimum (3+ Years Preferred) as an Auto Repair Technician
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour Shifts
- Weekends Off
- Year-Round Work
Qualifications
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Reliably Commute or Planning to Relocate Before Starting Work (Preferred)
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License Required
